How do I measure for a custom leather harness?
The easiest way to measure is with a cloth measuring tape. Place it around your dog's chest (behind the forelegs). Don't measure too tight or too loose. We need the actual chest size. When ordering through our online store, simply follow the size chart when selecting your harness. When ordering by phone or e-mail, simply indicate the chest measurement as well as your leather color selection and medallion choice (if any).

 

What is the delivery time for custom items?
If you require an item urgently, we recommend to call us at (707) 566-7357 for an "in-stock" item which will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom items are produced to your specifications by our family business in Germany. Our delivery time for custom items is 4-6 weeks. In September, due to the holiday rush, our delivery time may be as long as 8-10 weeks.

Can you make really tiny leather colors?
One of our many specialties is extra small leather collars for Toy and Teacup breeds. These are available in plain leather or with our smallest brass decorations like tiny stars, Austrian Crystals, crowns or tiny rivets. Please measure your dog's neck with a cloth measuring tape. We also manufacture extra lightweight leashes with small hardware to match the collar or harness.

What is the smallest collar that you can make?
A 7" collar which fits a neck size of 4.5" - 5.5".

My Dog is really huge, and I cannot seem to find a pretty collar in his size. Do you make collars for extra large dogs that are strong enough?
Most requests that we receive for extra large dog collars are for Akitas, Bullmastiffs and Rottweilers with a neck size of 32" - 34". Those collars are equipped with extra strong high quality brass hardware from Germany. We also offer matching leads with heavy duty clips for dogs upto 190 lbs.

What is your return policy?
We will refund the purchase price for in-stock items if returned within 30 days. Custom items are non-refundable, however, we will gladly exchange your custom item for a different size or style. A 20% restocking fee applies to exchanged custom orders.

Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes, we accept every major credit card.

Do you Wholesale?

My Dog goes in the water all the time. Will these collars and harnesses hold up?
Our exquisite custom leather items are rugged and should be used and enjoyed every day. They hold up well in rainy weather and don't mind getting wet occasionally. If your dog spends much time swimming, don't expect these exquisite collars to look it's best for a long time. We recommend to use an inexpensive nylon collar, instead.
